“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.”
– Marie Curie

So, what’s all this then?

This site is primarily a place to host web-based resources, mostly consisting of interactive science lessons and simulations, that I have created for use with my science classes.  I don’t mind sharing, so it’s a public place.  Feel free to use these materials if they serve your purpose, according to the conditions of a Creative Commons license.  See the “About” page for more details.

Activities on this site were originally created as online study/review exercises to complement my in-class teaching, or to use in a flipped-classroom approach.  More recent creations tend to be geared towards presenting concepts in a classroom situation primarily with interactive whiteboards in mind.  The activities are aimed at various levels from grade 7 through to grade 12.  The “Lessons” drop-down menu will take you to pages that organize activities by subject or purpose.

Vist profferings on YouTube for video lessons and other science related video snippets.
